To be honest, this bottle has been open one year. So it's a bit lighter than I remember. But I have to say, it's pretty tasty. So, here we go. A bit washed out baked agave. It has light aromas they were much more forward when first opened. Light agave notes and hints of oak. Faint hints of warmth. I'll have to buy another bottle soon to compare.

Great lime and light wood on the nose, very inviting. mildly sweet entry, more okay than the nose would suggest. Nutty, mildly spicy, with a touch of bitterness mixed with walnuts at the finish. This was an older, 100% agave bottle, very very good stuff.

Not too woody, not too green, great mouth feel, smooth, peppery finish with the slightest hint of sweetness. Purchased at Old Town Liquor & Deli

Mexican 38% abv. version, Lote: 100B1028, marbete is from year 2007, tasted on 9-10-24. Color: light yellow. Aroma: raw agave, hint of acidity, light citrus, earthiness, hint of dirt, after 20 minutes, herbaceous, brine & mineral notes emerge. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, mineral & brine aromas are quite intense. Finish is medium to medium long, light raw agave, minerality, light herbal, hint of citrus with a hint of earthiness persists.

This is a very solid, delicious Reposado. Not additive free but part of the Corralejo family of very good tequila. Great tour and ex-Hacienda birthplace of Miguel Hidalgo, a legendary hero of Mexico. Highly recommend!

Nose:caramel, cooked agave, oak taste: hints of oak, cooked agave, citrus flavors are very light finish: oak, smoky, medicinal overall very easy and light to drink almost like it's water down. definitely not what I'm looking for in my tequila

There is nothing really wrong here with this one, it’s just kind of weak. I mean that while there is agave hanging around the nose and flavor, with oak, caramel and a touch of allspice as well, it’s like I really have to work to smell and taste this one. There is a flavor here that is faint but is pleasantly like cream soda. This is a brand new bottle that I just opened, so it’s not gone bad. It is as if it’s watered down, or I have a bad cold and can’t taste or smell anything (I don’t have a cold). The finish is weak too. I wish this tequila was more assertive. I like all the aromas and flavors, I’ll try another bottle in the future. Update: it’s been a few days since I wrote this, and the Tequila seems to have opened up a bit after having opened the bottle. The aroma and flavors are a bit more assertive now. This one is unique, I like it after airing it out a bit.
