So, first, I'll just say there are floaties in my bottle. It's a plastic screw top with no liner, so it's not from the packaging. Light filtration? Could be a good thing? Big aroma of fresh agave with hints of celery and sweet green vegetables. Enters smooth and creamy. Moderate agave flavor with a hint of smoke, sweetness and black pepper, building into a moderate pepper finish of short length. The aroma is quite nice, as is the mouthfeel. The flavor and finish are pleasant, but not spectacular. If someone wants to move past Avion and Casamigos, this could really introduce them to some nice agave character.
