The ethanol was overwhelming on the nose, although I picked up cooked agave and grass. I sensed a slight bitter aroma. The taste was soft and not so heavy on the alcohol. The finish was underwhelming as it lacked viscosity or staying power. All of the flavor was gone within seconds of drinking it.
