Wow what a nose on this. Rich apple on the nose and palate. Totally different than what I’ve tried. 2004 bottle

Maybe I got a bad batch but it was alcohol forward with a hint of paint thinner. Just based on this would not recommend

On the nose, I get oak, caramel, cooked agave. A little ethanol. A vegetal note, and some grass. On the palate, that cooked agave is there, it’s got some heat but also a little creamy. Oak, a little bitterness that isn’t bad. Overall, this is decent. A little rough for a sipper but I can see this making some good margaritas.

Nice light straw color in the glass. Aroma of butterscotch right away but that doesn’t translate as strongly in flavor, though still there. Cooked agave sweetness, short finish without much heat. I can definitely sip this one and see it making a nice cocktail as well. Very good value here!

I can’t get enough of this, maybe it’s because I naturally love $20 tequila but it’s performing in every category. Amazing finish, marshmallow and praline....this bottle is a gem.

Mexican 35%. It appears to be a mixto, judging from the labeling..... Nose delivers big aromas and more punch than I would have guessed from a 35% ABV: Agave, dark ripe berries, licorice and black pepper. Palate: A little thin in the mouth. Licorice persists with some mint and pepper.

Good bargain alternative to the more expensive Centinela line. Aromas of oak and agave with some hints of bitterness from the aging. Not a sweet or viscous reposado at all. Short fading finish.

Mexican 38% abv. versión, LT-NMR-008, bottled on 15-FEB-12, tasted on 10-16-23. Color: yellow to light yellow. Aroma: cooked agave, earthy, dirt, light vanilla, light acidity, light orange note. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and acidic balance. Finish is medium to medium long, cooked agave with orange and earthy notes persist.

It’s sweet, but it has nice alcohol hit and nice barrel notes. There’s butter to it too. It is suspiciously sweet, but this is a good drink.

My go to in rural Mexico never disappoints, not the same flavor in U.S. product. IMO

Smells pretty decent. Has a nice peppery heat with a pretty long finish. A bit too much alcohol on the nose and taste for me.

You can get this even under 20€ - even though we do not have 1L bottles here, this stuff is hard to beat valuewise.

Great value. Around 20 dollars. Mediocre aroma with an average flavor. Some light agave with a soft mouthfeel. Finish is short.
