Very unique fermentation with a cement egg. I believe the first of its kind. I love anything Cascahuin does when they ferment in their legendary cement tanks. This was different. A little mellower, some nice citrus notes, easy to sip. Herbal notes, the 45 ABV was a nice touch, low heat. Nice finish

Nice minerality, agave fwd, nice balance, some fruitiness, nuttiness, good stuff

Aroma: Minerality present like most 1123 with sweet cooked agave! No alcohol to this whatsoever Taste: Wow. I let this rest for about 10 min and the amount of agave up front is incredible, nice notes of minerality present as well. Finish: This is where this bottle really differentiates itself from others! Silky soft finish of cooked agave with no evidence of high proofness to it. The feel is so soft and lasts an eternity! Overall: Very different from anything I have had when it comes to the finish of this and feeling it has! The cement egg really brings out and amplifies the profile! For the price I’d buy a few of these no doubt.

On first sip. The profile is what I expected but I but I think the mineral flavor is a bit amplified. That could be from the concrete resting or just because I know how it’s rested. I do get that with many 1123 products. The cooked agave still shines through but I feel the wet pavement vibes are the side kick. I love the finish, which is so silky. It has a subtle floral tone on the finish which I love.

LOTE 584, bottled on 300824, tasted on 10-25-24. Aroma: cooked agave with a hint of sweetness, light wet cement, light minerality, light aromatic green vegetal notes, hint of acidity, hint of earth. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, mineral notes are quite intense on the palate which makes the alcohol sensation slightly higher. I feel that the mineral notes also cause the green vegetal notes to stand out and maybe even cover up some sweetness. It has a hard water-like sensation. Finish is medium to long, light cooked agave with a hint of sweetness, green vegetal notes with mineral note and sensation persists.

Flowers, dried orange / lime, honeydew, and minerality throughout. what really screams is the soft mouthfeel. crazy round finish for the proof, we’re excited about this one!

Delicious pour. Well rounded and balanced. Great mouthfeel. The higher abv but then resting in the concrete really brings it to a different dimension.

It’s very good. Great silky mouthfeel. Gentle minerality immediately upon sipping. Get this pop of citrus/fruit right at the start of the finish that continues to evolve and linger
