N- green agave, olive, white pepper, hay, herbs, wet pavement, nutmeg. T- caramelized agave, nutmeg, stewed fruits, faint vanilla MF- thin F- short and sweet
Aroma: Earthy, yet mellow, with fruit notes that bring to mind melon mainly. Some herbal elements are present as well, thyme and perhaps allspice layered over a light sweetness. Flavor: Anise, and a fair bit of it, while the other flavors mimic the aroma, with those earthy herbal notes of thyme and allspice blended with melon and a hint of sour sweetness. Finish: Continues with the same notes present in the flavor, but also brings in a hit of black pepper that is mellowed by that same sweetness from the aroma and the flavor.
Aroma/Taste: On the nose is stone fruit, yeast, dill, cooked agave, mint, and some savory herbs. The taste is pepper and mint. Finish: The finish is spicy with a medicinal touch, plus a hint of maraschino cherry. Overall: Tasted blind, this one was a bit too medicinal and harsh for my liking.
Nice legs that flow slowly. On the nose brine, earth and some citrus. Taste-nice silky mouthfeel with agave, nutmeg and citrus (lime) leading the front that flows into a light anise to balance it out and ends with a very light peppery finish.
Sample #5 • Visual: clear with a thin clear edge • Initial nasal impact: slightly warming • Aroma: musty, citrus - lemon oil, herbal - thyme + tarragon, green bell pepper • Mouthfeel: drying w/generous alcohol • Flavor: wet limestone, olive, saline, anise (or fennel), lime leaf, pepper • Finish: long with all flavors noted lingering on the palate. Dry finish
Some medicinal notes on the nose overriding the cooked agave aroma, but has a nice entry with a bit of bite, a slight catch at the back of the throat to let you know this IS tequila. More bitter than sweet on the finish this is quite tannic for a Blanco. Interesting...
Fruity with aromas of grapefruit, peach, mint, cooked agave, and anise. While plenty of fruit present in the aroma, that fruitiness was "tapped" down to not overwhelming the taste. A nice "zing" in the mouth too, coupled with a tad honey Ness. Finish was pleasant although there was a sourness for a moment in time.
A good option if you are looking for something stronger
muy buen tequila
Agave
Sabor a caramelo, agave cocido, un poco picante, sabor ahumado, gran cuerpo.
Intenso aroma a agave cocido, sabor ahumado, caramelo. Gran cuerpo y sensación picante.
Smells like Apple and cooked agave, it has a big body, looks like crystal clear and white color. Is a brilliant liquid. The taste is sweet with a little bit of bitter at the aftertaste. It’s easy to drink and ideally for single drinks.
Mint and allspice
Aroma: light, citrus, herbal, cooked agave. Maybe even a little floral. Flavor: very citrus and herbal, sweet, cooked agave. Black pepper, a little spicy.
Blind Taste Tested Aroma- Unique, almost smells rested, earthy with notes of thyme, faint hint of allspice, a melon sweetness Flavor- Weird, but totally mimics the aroma and I like it (earthy, thyme, allspice) Finish- again it follows the profile of earthyness, thyme, and all spice, but in the finish anis comes through Overall- This one is quirky and solid through and through.
A deep clean nose of agave, citrus, floral notes, fresh lime, minerals, and fresh rain. Starts with great cooked agave, honey butter, minerality, spearmint, melon, and pepper followed by a pleasant finish.

This one smells like honey. I also get sweet cooked agave. It is also minty. Melon is present as well as a bit of cherry. On the palate, taste is overpowered by alcohol. It does have the honey, and the agave. The finish is a bit much. It isn’t bad but not great.
