Nose: Fresh ripe fruit and various dried fruit. A hint of nuttiness and a dusty mineral presence. Flavors: Spicy entrance. A hint of bitters. Intensely sweet with tongue clinging viscosity. The finish brings new emphasis to the French oak nuances. Medium finish. Pretty straightforward sipper.

NOM 1608 | This is what I call a gate way drug for my friends. I feel like this is 65 oak 35 agave on the flavor. I get fruity flavors with it which a bit weird but after having the Blancos I can see why. It’s 50% American and 50% French oak. Not mad at it, I enjoyed. Love the mineral tones on this one, it’s also has a vanilla flavor that’s clean.
