Mexican 40% abv., lote: LPH6870520, bottled on 02-07-2020, tasted on 3-12-24. Aroma: hint of raw agave with light green vegetal notes, sweet note that was nutty and pleasant at first but after 30 minutes in the glass becomes slightly like sweet syrup, light acidity, hint of citrus. Hint of earthiness. Palate: sweet syrup that is quite dominating, ends slightly bitter. Quite surprised with the difference between nose and palate! Finish is short, I smell a medicinal cough syrup aroma through my retronasal and aromas last for a very short time, while the sweet syrup on the palate lasts for quite a long time.
