NOM 1468 | Nose: Light colored fruit, melon, subtle spice, a hint of vanilla and caramel, and oak barrel shavings. Flavor: Salted roasted almonds, cinnamon and finely ground black pepper which packs some heat. Caramel apple drizzled in butter, but with a touch of bitterness. Finish: Pepper, heavy almond sweetness and a strangely bitter finish, keeps this from scoring higher.

NOM 1592 | Rated blind. Has a slightly piney aroma. Reminds me of a diffuser. Sweet flavor and finish. Not horrible but not for me.

NOM 1468 | Nice mineral element in the aroma, along with oak. A classic flavor here, a touch of sweet with a peppery kick and nice oak treatment. A decent finish. It was a little bland at first, let this hang around in the glass for a bit.
