Mexican 38% abv. version, marbete is from 2012, tasted on 3-5-24. Color: yellow to light yellow. Aroma: hint of sweet cooked agave, vanilla, light wood note, hint of earthiness, light acidity. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, wood note is more evident on the palate. Hint of black pepper. Finish is medium to medium long, hint of sweet cooked agave, light acidity with vanilla and slightly astringent wood note persists. Wood note becomes more dominating as time goes by.

Tasted this at a wedding, supprised me a lot. A lot of cherry cask and swetness. 84.
