NOM 1477 | Mexican 38% abv. versión, lote: L PH8460922, bottled on 18-11-2023, tasted on 6-7-24. Aromas: light salty cooked agave, light brine, light acidity, hint of citrus, hint of sourness, after 30 minutes in the glass an artificial agave fiber aroma emerges. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, although the artificial agave fiber is not apparent at the beginning, but it becomes more noticeable as time goes by on the palate, and at the end is quite dominating. Finish is medium, artificial agave fiber and unnatural sweetness persists.
