NOM 1549 | The aroma truly screams warm baked agave still cooling in the oven vanilla, caramel, tropical, butterscotch. Entry starts smooth and hinting at sweet agave and then it pops up with black & white pepper both at the front & back of the throat. The finish goes from agave and oak to putting another log on the fire to keep the heat warm. The NOM 1549 should also be allowed to sit in your glass for 15-30 minutes undisturbed. Wow, what a surprise. You can thank me later.
