Roast agave on the nose with some slight yeast aroma in the background. A rub test between the fingers and in the palm reveals nice vegetal/herbal aromas and no evidence of stickiness indicative of additives. Nice natural viscosity in the mouth and minimal alcohol make this blanco VERY easy to sip long term. Roast agave dominates in the mouth. The finish is fairly long despite a lack of alcohol dominance and presents some fennel and caramelized agave sweetness fading to a slight tongue buzz.
