Tax stamp from 2002 - an oldie. Nose is still very robust and vivacious. Jammy, ripe red fruit, and rich agave presence. Root cellar aromas, and minerals. Baking spices, vanilla and leather. Flavor: Caramel, bold spices, warming white pepper, and a subdued light toasty oak. Creamy agave sweetness lightly coats your mouth. Finish: Leather, vanilla, pepper and spice zing and hints of anise.
