NOM 1529 | Mexican 38% abv. versión, LOTE 004/06, marbete is from 2003, tasted on 4-19-24. Color: very light yellow. Aroma: light raw agave, light metallic note, slightly earthy, light acidity, after 20 minutes in the glass a hint of sweetness emerges. Hint of dirt. Palate: confirms aromas perceive, hint of citrus. Finish is medium, hint of raw agave, light earthiness with a hint of acidity persists but not too long.
