Picked this up from the Redwood City store. Tasted back to back with an original issue bottle, this was a little hotter and more vegetal. This can be attributed to just being opened for one bottle and some bottle oxidation for the other. This will be interesting to watch going forward.

Nice vegetal aroma of raw agave and grass with some dirt/clay but nicely softened by a bit of orange/citrus. Big, bold flavor with peppermint upfront followed by spicy pepper and just a hint of agave. Moderately long finish with peppermint flavor lingering in the mouth.

Aroma: Very vegetal and earthy. Definite raw agave notes with hints of clay and orange. Flavor: A lot different than the aroma. There's a subtle hint of agave but strong peppermint flavor. There's also a slight spiciness on the finish. Finish: It's pretty bold. It builds for quite a while in the back of your mouth. It brings added flavor notes which I enjoy.
