NOM 1488. Quite a bit of whiskey on the nose with some roast agave. Very spicy and vibrant with a big ethanol kick that numbs the tongue tip and leads to a quite long buzzing finish. In the mouth this presents a nice agave and barrel spice melange, and even though there is quite a big dose of wood here, there isn't a corresponding bitterness as sometimes happens. This fades with the alcohol to a slightly sweet/neutral finish. Older glass piña bottle of heavy glass is novel. App wouldn't let me choose NOM though 2 are listed.

This has a coppery almost bronze like hue.
Nose is on the timid side, but there is a barnyard note, fruit, spice and agave to be found. A hint of caramel.
Flavor: Fairly oily, with cinnamon, caramel and black pepper. Nuttiness and a background ripe mystery fruit make an appearance as the pepper/spice heat builds to a crescendo.
This picked up a couple of points on pricing - I found it for ~ $15 dollars.
