A bit soft on entry, this reminds me most of ArteNOM 1079 blanco. Fairly viscous in the mouth this has a grated parmesan cheese element to it as do some early NOM 1079 1921 blanco releases or earlier Fortaleza blancos. Great mouth feel and nice finish. With some fennel and pepper this is a tasty, rare sipper 24/06/2018
