Nose: Prominent baked agave, light minerals and earth, some smokiness and a floral suggestion. Some vanilla and nougat follow. Flavor: Sweet chewy texture with baking spices, licorice, caramel and counter point white pepper. Finish: A tiny bit sweet for my preferences, but solid.
