NOM 1437 | Mexican 38% abv. version, LOTE PIB 004 091111, marbete is from 2010, tasted on 3-26-24. Aroma: raw agave, thick & oily, has a sorghum distillate aroma, green vegetal note, after 20 minutes in the glass the agave becomes slightly sweet. Slightly earthy. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, thick mouthfeel, good sweet and sour balance. Finish is medium to long, raw agave, green vegetal note, distilled sorghum aroma with a hint of earthiness persists.
