Legit blanco with no nonsense, the only part that leaves me wanting is the aftertaste but I’m sure that’s subjective. I love this distillery and everything they do, I wish this style would catch on.

-tasted blind- Sharp, Spicy nose. Moderate alcohol presence. Nice mouthfeel. Sweet/spicy palate entry with good balance. Sweet creamy finish builds toward spiciness.
