Downgraded after revisit, from my video review. Too artificial and too much alcohol, although price is good for an Reposado cristalino.
A strong smell of rubbing alcohol on the nose, pepper dominates, followed by vanilla. Fairly priced for a Cristalino. A palatable Cristalino for the money
Over sweet on the nose … artificial vanilla aroma and on the pallet…. No true agave aroma or flavor. Hard to finish the glass.
Sigh, yet another celebrity tequila trying to chase after DJ 1942, with lots of fake vanilla in the aroma and flavor. Really simple and lacks complexity. If you are an aficionado, you won’t like this.
Cream soda, vanilla nose with a touch of eucalyptus if you let it sit. Thin cream soda flavor with no finish. Not real.
Wow, this one is full of fragrant notes, lots going on in this bottle. Can definitely taste the aging barrels, the vanilla comes through the "woody" flavor just enough. Nothing too overpowering, but again, quite a bit going on with this tequila. I bought my first bottle at full price of $50, and found it on a clearance sale at Walmart several months later for $30. I wouldn't have necessarily paid full price again, but at the clearance price, it's definitely worth it.
I’m still trying to figure this stuff out as I find this as a decent aromatic and flavourful spirit. I don’t think my nose or palate can separate the differences of a pure high rated tequila versus a gimmicky knock off. The aroma is incredibly sweet and non offensive. Maybe a bit too much vanilla and fruit? The first sip is very sweet with plentiful fruit. The aftertaste bites you with a metallic pop. I did find after a few sips that the metallic aftertaste dissipates and the drink is rather enjoyable. With that being said, I haven’t tasted enough Cristalino to know if this is the norm, or an anomaly. This is an ongoing learning experience for myself therefore would recommend to a friend if it was offered up, however it wouldn’t be my first choice if I were paying.
I mean… we had this the first time as a shot at the taco bar neat. This was scored by my wife who loved it.. for a shot. Yes it’s serviceable shot for novice tequila drinkers on a night out. If you want a sweet vodka that tastes better than vodka this is drinkable. Besides the additives she liked the distillation process and the “smoooothness” aka no burn
Kind of sweet not a great finish, not great for sipping, might be better in mixed drinks
The nose wasn't bad. It smelt a little sweet, a wee bit of vanilla. The pallet is when it all goes off. Immediate sweet tart and cotton candy flavor. Finally some agave comes through and then you are left with a sweet astringency that just sits on the back of your tongue. I'll pass on this one.
The longer I let this simmer the worse it got. The aroma was pleasant enough but once you taste it everything starts to become dreadful. No agave flavor, no oak due to it being a cristallino, and a poor excuse of a finish make this one an easy skip. Support Kevin Hart in any other way, not with this.
Not a fan. This can get deported to Honduras for all I care.
Smooth
This is the third cristalino in the lineup. As I inhaled and tasted I thought this isn’t terrible…then the horrible finish kicked in. Super medicinal and fake flavors that turned really bitter.
Decent aroma and flavor but finish didn’t do it for me.
Smooth, bland, not a lot of taste.
Kevin hart's tequila. vanilla aroma. extra sweet. very smooth. additives galore. reposado cristalino. not complex
Vanilla, white cake, cream soda, and honey aroma. All artificially added. Very sweet. Another celebrity owned tequila. Loaded with additives. Disrespectful to the tequila making process.
Has a funny smell, definitely additives (some mind it some don’t). Sweet taste, think vanilla cream soda, nothing complex. If you don’t like tequila you might like it, seems like a party Tequila with a great looking bottle.
too sweet. additives likely. money better spent on lots of others
This is tequila so you have to wake up. If you like water and shots, this is your drink. Lime is good after , if your in to that type of thing.
A bit medicinal on the nose, with some earth, minerals and brine. Very full, unnaturally creamy-thick mouthfeel. Mildly sweet but somewhat one-dimensional. Peppery and warm without any real “bite” followed by an oily and astringent finish.
Lots of additives. Artificial vanilla. Not my thing.
Not a particularly exciting or interesting product. Is over priced and tastes of additives unfortunately

I get why some people like this. Charismatic celebrity. Fancy bottle. Sweet and smooth going down. But this is a far cry from what tequila should taste like. Artificially sweet. Terrible aftertaste. Bad aroma. I’ll pass.
