Wow! Aroma is peppery, spicy, minerality. Creamy texture. Earthy flavor and a peppery finish. Absolute zero heat. Just all around delicious pour. You taste exactly what you get from the aroma.

Rarely is a blanco saved for special occasions with special friends. This is one of them. But screw that. why wait? This 2013 Cosecha aka harvest is so fkn meaty you can almost chew it. Thick rich cooked agave with just a touch of smoke. Then the fruit kicks in somewhere in the middle followed by minty herbal notes. At 46%, the extra proof opens the juice up nicely. Truly special blanco indeed. Enrique Fonseca's Fuenteseca line never disappoints. 2018 Cosecha on deck...

Wow this was incredible. Nose- Agave, flowers, grass, and some fruit (melon?). Taste- Cooked agave, fresh seeded jalapeno, cinnamon, a little minerality, and a touch of alcohol. Mouth feel is fairly full and oily. Finish- Long and cinnamon spicy. Value- I would pay many dollars to get a bottle of this.

Blind tasted the 2013 vs 2018, 2 different regions, slight alcohol differences. 2018 slightly sweeter and a better finish. The 2013 is still exceptionally made and drinks very very well

An extremely well balanced tequila that delivers everything you could want in a blanco. Compared to the 2018 I find the sweetness in the 2013 less intense and with more brine. Both excellent though.

Very good. Aroma is like no other a lot of cinnamon and agave. Taste similar to a water down red hot. Very creamy mouth fell with a medium hot finish. Extremely good. Now in my top 2

Aroma: oak, agave, spices but delicate. Palate: coffee, fruit, lemon, vegetal, sweet, nutmeg, spices, salt. Finish is medium with some mild heat, agave and fruits.

Aroma : Sweet cooked agave, grass, mint, and cinnamon. After the glass opens up a bit, you get even stronger grassy, vegetal notes. Taste : Sweet and hot (in a good way) profile full of cooked agave, vegetal notes, and cinnamon. The oily, full texture is really special and provides a dynamic medium to provide those sweet and hot flavors in a satisfying way. Finish : Long and fruity with a little heat, but isn't distracting from the initial taste. It's 2020 and this bottle (limited supply from what I hear, unless that changed) came out a while ago, so I would stock up if you can find it.

Solid bordering on excellent. I really appreciate the extra ABV bringing big flavors, with a strong agave punch. The short finish and relatively high price tag are the only things holding this back for me.

Reevaluated to a 92 from a 91- Absolutely delicious sharp sweetness from overripened agaves. Very well produced, from start to finish. Cinnamon, baking spice earthy, a little bit of citrus, some anise on the nose and taste. Great stuff without a doubt.

Muy agradable. Surprised on how much cooked agave I got in the aroma. Definitely a big punch of heat towards the end that sticks around a while

The epitome of cooked agave on the aroma, with cinnamon, pineapple, clay pot, honey, olive, brine from a country ham, mineral. Flavor leads with incredible cooked agave, ripe pineapple with baking spice, brine, honey. What, this is 45.7% abv? The honey and star anise really soften the heat. Black pepper tingle lingers on the tongue during the finish, but not enough to overpower the complex flavor. The best Blanco I have ever had. The only "negative" is the price, but it is worth every penny - so is that still a negative? I'd buy it again and again

I’m drinking this in a restaurant so my notes might not be a deep as usual. The nose is great. Fresh agave, bright citrus (lime), white pepper and brine. I taste sweet cooked agave, olives & minerals. The finish is perfect for a higher proof tequila. I paid $21 for 1.5oz and I’d do it again. Salud! AustinTequilaConnoisseurs

Deceptive nose, I get a lot of vegetal and nutmeg but not overwhelming agave. Completely different story in my mouth, this is so clean and pure agave, reminds me of tasting ordinario straight out of the tank! Really great juice, lovely aftertaste fades slowly.

Well I'm in love with this one. great smell tons of agave. A lot of agave flavor and sweet finish. Just amazing the only down of this tequila a little expensive but is like having an extra añejo Blanco the right way.

Nose is big and bold, I love it. Agave, citrus, a pinch of cinnamon and wet grass after rain. Really round and full mouthfeel. Cooked agave, I get slight olive notes that round into pepper at the end. Long and complex finish that keeps me thinking about the flavors dancing in the back of my throat.

One of the more flavorful blancos money can buy, definitely worth the price tag. As agave-forward as it gets!

Is it expensive? Yep. But i really like this special treat. The agaves are harvested at the peak of ripeness to impart natural sweetness. The distillery is at 5,255’ and has a distinct microclimate. And although it is cooked using an autoclave, it has low pressure, almost emulating a horno. The three year rest in stainless tanks mean that all these wonderful, natural flavors come together that you wouldn’t normally find in a blanco. What does this mean? The aroma is of cooked agave, cinnamon and graham cracker crust and smoke. The taste is unadulterated with baked agave, spice, cinnamon earthy tones. Its quite viscous. The finish is smooth and reminds you of what a great tequia should be. Again, price is high, but you are owning one of only 8,000 bottles released to the US, so its quite a treat. Buy two bottles.

Nose: Bright fruit notes. Jackfruit, lime, green pineapple and an abundance of honey-like agave aromas. Brininess, green olives, grass and a whisper of smoke. Tingly to the nose minerals. Finely ground pepper and cinnamon. Flavors: Incredibly agave forward. Like sucking on a big chunk of agave recently out of the oven. Wonderful texture. Oily and buttery. Kicky and spicy. Pepper heat at the back of the palate that has staying power, with just a enough anise to tame the heat. Salinity and herbals add more layers of interest. A hint of nutmeg on the fade out.

The aromas include agave, cinnamon, brine, citrus, and mint. I'm tasting agave, cinnamon, pepper, anise, olive, citrus, and some minerals. It's got an oily mouthfeel and a long finish. Very nice!
