Harsh, medicinal, thick in the mouth with a bitter note. Might be better chilled. 2011 marbete and 500ml, this has a lote number and the time of bottling but no date inside the front label with all that.

Some spiciness, floral and vanilla aromas. Flavor comes in pretty hot and thin - with a nutty note. Finish is about as noteworthy as the nose and flavors.

Not a fan. This has all the aroma and flavor of a diffuser. It’s a shame that they went in this direction with a tequila that was once interesting.

Tapatio Reposado(2002)Really nice cooked agave aroma with a bit of fruitiness . This carries over into the flavor as well. A bit of sweetness and pepper on the finish. Really like this juice. Pre diffuser I believe.

a bit antiseptic. spicy warning for the kick in the nuts that's coming. tastes a little watered down. a bit of mixed with herbal notes. the finish is long and disturbing. it lingers in the throat. I'm not a fan.

If by Antiguo, they mean "old" in the artificially extended by chemicals in a nursing home way, they've hit the bar. I could drink it for a while, but in the same way gramma can keep swallowing down her jello for a while. Not sure what that says about me.

Mexican 38% abv. versión, LOTE 040609098, bottled on 24 SEP 04, tasted on 3-29-24. Color: light yellow. Aroma: cooked agave with a hint of sweetness, light acidity, slightly minty, hint of citrus, light orange, light earth. Light agave fibers. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, wood note is noticeable on the palate. Hint of vanilla. Finish is medium to medium long, light cooked agave, slightly earthy, hint of citrus with a hint of orange note persists.

Surprised that I like this offering from Herradura. Pretty good. Genuine.

Tried in Mexico 2023. Not fantastic but not terrible.

Soft on nose and mouth… great drink, Tequila does not requires to be strong on alcohol all the time… this is the case no two batches are alike as fermentation process is 100% natural and depends on the season, year and weather… so it has consistency but always with different ending…

Had at a restaurant in Mexico City. Advice... Don't take advice from a breakfast joint at 9am. Not my best decision in Mexico. This was harsh/hot and somehow tasted fake more than cheap. Just pass. I should have.

This was 35%. The watered down version probably helped take off some of the harsher notes. Not much to it. Limited nose, limited taste. Was gifted so i have no idea of price/value.

1995 bottle

I got this bottle "free" at the duty free in Cabo. Should have bought something else. I honestly cannot say anything nice or complimentary about this tequila. However, it stays in my collection to give to people to show them what "bad" tequila tastes like. The flavor is an additive party with glycerin and other additives which still make this barely palatable. Please say NO to diffuser tequila. For not much more money you.can enjoy something like Olmeca Altos Reposado or El Tequileno 3 month Reposado which are solid repos made with proper processes. Not much to this really. Mild agave flavor up front at best. Little to none of those lovely caramel like flavors that some Repos have. Significant burn at the end without any nice barrel notes to make up for them. I'm not even sure if I would mix with this. Nope. It will remain a placeholder in my collection as a reminder of a time when my tequila knowledge was a lot leas than it is today. This lacks the complexities and flavors of quality tequilas around its price point all while having more burn. I guess a high point ia that my bottle is a 950 ml but that just means it will hang around longer taunting me. If you are in a store considering this tequila put down the bottle and walk away. Pick up something like Olmeca Altos, El Tequileno or Tromba for a good value Reposado instead.

Honestly, my favorite to take shots with. It’s very smooth going down that you won’t feel it till it’s too late! Love this tequila!

If you over looked this...don't! Dare I say, an almost perfect example. Quality spirit at an amazing price. I have 38% and 40% examples in my collection and they never disappoint.

Best Repasado for the money

A friend of mine was given a bottle of this Reposado. It is great ! Nice citrus flavor and aromas of lemon, honey, and vanilla. I want a bottle, but can't find it online.

This is a well rounded and great daily drink tequila.
