The aroma is very minty with some raw agave and veggie notes. Roasted agave follows, and the whole thing has a sweetness to it, almost dessert-like. The flavor is a rush of mint, and is very refreshing. I also detect roasted agave and a touch of vanilla, along with something that makes me think of wet grass (but not in a bad way). Very watery mouthfeel and the flavors dissipate rapidly, leaving behind a brief bite of black pepper. This is a great bargain (I got a 50ml sample bottle for less than $1), and would be perfect if served chilled on a hot day.
Mint flavor and aroma, but watery mouthfeel. At $20 it's pretty decent, but lacks complexity.
