40% abv., no lot codes, recently acquired, tasted on 4-3-24. Aroma: raw agave, quite intense herbaceous notes, acidity, quite sour, hint of raw agave fiber, hint of pepper spiciness, minerality. Alcohol sensation is medium high, after 20 minutes in the glass the agave note becomes slightly sweet. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, through my retronasal I smell a hint of minerality and stagnant water sensation. Finish is medium to long, light raw agave, light acidity, light sour and herbal notes persist.
