It’s 100% agave and it has a strong agave taste. There isn’t anything offensive that I taste. Nice finish. This would make an excellent cocktail tequila.

Lote: LTL193, acquired recently, tasted on 4-26-24. Aroma: cooked agave, light acidity, hint of citrus, light green vegetal notes, after 20 minutes a light sweetness emerges. Hint of fruitiness. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet & sour balance, hint of earthiness. After 30 minutes I tried this tequila again and the sweetness seems slightly awkward… Finish is medium to medium long, light cooked agave, light acidity, hint of fruitiness with a hint of earthiness persists.

Review #110 - Toro de Lidia Tequila Blanco

Toro de Lidia is a well crafted lowland brand that is fairly unknown, but produces a pretty good juice at a very good price.
