Tequila Savant
Heavy vegetal nose, sweet on the very beginning but switches to brine on the finish. Not my profile but a decent product
Aroma is vegetal, herbal, and mineral—of the earth. Flavor isn’t as green as the aroma, here I pick up very sweet agave, brine, and white pepper. It combines as a unique profile. This has a creamy mouth with long legs clinging to the glass. The bottle packaging is top notch too! My first glass the earthy aromas didn’t land as good as the flavor, but now that I’m returning to it and feel it has opened up a bit—I’m raising my score.
